Terry
Booton has over 25 years in sales and sales management experience
in the high technology and retail industries. Terry is a high-energy,
creative and entertaining speaker. He is also an author, consultant,
and sales trainer who makes things happen. His consulting experience
spans all sizes of clients from small enterprises to the Fortune
500.
Prior to starting his own business, Terry spent seventeen years
with IBM. He was in large account and new business sales. He was
a sales school instructor as well as a marketing manager. He spent
three years in headquarters with New Business Marketing Field
Support and Channel Operations and two years in Business Partner
Education working with business owners, executives, and sales
teams. He has written and produced videos on financial selling
and calling on presidents and CEOs. He has developed financial
models to enhance the selling skills of sales-people. Prior to
IBM, he spent five years with J.C. Penney as a senior merchandiser
and general manager.
Terry has authored and self-published a book, "Cracking
New Accounts," which has gained numerous reviews
by national magazines, newspapers and other publications. The
book has been endorsed by Scott DeGarmo, publisher of "Success"
magazine, Wilson Harrell, former publisher of "Inc."
magazine and IBM Marketing Education. The book is being offered
through direct corporate sales.
Terry's high-energy style, creativity and business background contributes
